While floating isn’t one of the main features of our tumblers, our 16oz and 26oz sizes DO float! Just make sure the air-tight lid is securely on and the tumbler is filled about 2/3 to 3/4 full.

Marcello Pirani was a German physicist that invented a vacuum gauge, which is one of the main tools used during manufacturing of the Pirani Party Tumbler.
I have two Pirani cups now, one in each size. I swear it's few and far between now days to actually find a product that improves upon something and these are it. The quality is excellent, they're lightweight, keep ice for a long time, and can be washed in the dishwasher. I plan to buy more!
